Information we collect
We collect account contact details, saved service addresses, booking information, job photos, and platform activity needed to operate Boise Student Works.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, coordinate services, match approved workers, communicate booking updates, maintain safety, and keep required business records.
Role-based access
Customers, workers, admins, and super admins receive different access. Students see only the job’s general location while requesting it. The exact address and customer phone number are shared only after the customer accepts that student. Customers do not see platform financial data.
Your choices
Account holders can update profile and notification information. Future deletion requests may anonymize personal data while preserving legally required job and transaction records.
